STEP ONE
Contact our London office or register online. Our experts will help you find your ideal home, provide you with detailed information about available properties on sale and help organize your travel for viewings. If you choose Jomel to buy your property we will refund your travel expenses.
STEP TWO
View the properties of your choice onsite with one of our English-speaking negotiatirs. If you find the property suitable, we'll put your offer forward to the seller. After coming to terms with the best possible price, an initial agreement is signed, first by yourself, then by the seller. Your legal obligations only start running after the end of a seven day cancellation period, after signature by both parties.
STEP THREE
The legal paperwork is then handled by a public notary. You may also choose to use a solicitor who knows the area you're moving to and specializes in conveyancing. After approximately two months, the official contract is signed before the notary, the negociator and both parties. You are now the legal owner of your now home!
